Julie (Vanessa Williams ) is a
successful magazine columnist who has it all, a great job, a rent controlled
apartment, an adoring boyfriend and best of all, an adorable six-year-old son
named Jake. Her perfect world, however, is rocked when she seeks out the
anonymous sperm donor who fathered her young son. Father and son do indeed forge
a strong relationship; but in Julie's wildest imagination, she never expected to
fall in love with this new acquaintance.
