It is believed throughout the world
that when an individual dies a horrific death, his soul manifests a tormented
existence hovering between heaven and hell. The Haunted Forest is such a place,
where legend has it that an evil spirit, Satinka, plagues the woods. When a man
suddenly disappears in the woods, Sean (Sevy Di Cione) and his friends set out
not only to track down the missing party, but also to investigate the legend of
Satinka, a vengeful spirit rumored to be seeking retribution for a crime
committed 200 years ago. Soon enough, the search party faces Satinka's deadly
wrath, and their manhunt quickly turns into a race for survival in the haunted
forest.
