In the near future, the free market has destroyed all social stability leaving gangsters and corrupt policemen to rule Russia. Wade goes up against his friend after a smuggling operation goes bad and Wade is left for dead in the urban wasteland. His body is discovered by authorities and used for experimental procedures. Wade is brought back to life and interrogated about his involvement in a subversive crime syndicate. After hours of torture he escapes and attempts to avenge his death and the murder of his lover.
