Detective John Honeysuckle is a New
York City cop in charge of the SSI, Gotham's most elite criminal investigation
unit. The function of the SSI is to enforce President George Schrub's newly
proposed "Illicit Sex Bill," which would make pre-marital sex a crime punishable
by life in prison. But Detective Honeysuckle is starting to skirt his
responsibilities. The object of his distraction is hard-bodied rookie Katrina
Lightbody, a beautiful new team member who has recently been assigned Detective
Honeysuckle's partner. When a serial seducer blazes a passionate path of illegal
lust though the city streets, Detective Honeysuckle and his new partner must put
their differences aside if they hold out any hope of solving the case.
Meanwhile, a scandal erupts when classified information about the president and
his promiscuous daughter becomes the talk of the town.
