The global war on terror
rages on and Lance Rockford (Dolph Lundgren) heads a secret service team. When a
top official goes missing, the President (Jerry Springer) stands firm before the
world, but behind the scenes, the team is forced into a situation that will
challenge their very beliefs. And lance, a man with an impressive record of
