Detective Anthony Stowe (Jean-Claude
Van Damme) may battle drug dealers as part of his day job, but his secret
addiction to heroin is threatening to turn him from good cop to bad cop. After a
gunfight, Lowe comes very close to death and falls into a coma. After he finally
wakes up, his wife is kidnapped and he goes on a mission of vengeance to save
her and bring justice to the man who nearly killed him.
