When one of the world's
best-known terrorists hatches a plan to sell a cluster bomb to the Albanians,
there's only one team that can foil his plan: the U.S. Seals. The terrorist,
known as Casper, doesn't yet have the bomb to make the sale, so he and the Seals
enter into a tense, nervous race against time and each other. Can the Seals make
it in time, or could the unthinkable happen?
